Insta-Snow

Has anyone tried to sled on this Insta-Snow stuff that is going around? Just thought it would be pretty good for summer sledding since it stays like snow for a couple hours.

from what ive heard it works ok, but its not worth the money. if you are gonna summer sled you buy astro turf and soap for really cheap and it works great as long as you have a good hill, or build a drop in.....

Where did you buy the astro turf? And how do you make a drop in?

i got the astro turf at either home depot or lowes. you can build a drop in out of just about anything. you can build a legit one with like 2 by fours, or what i did was just stack a bunch of random shit together, and then laid a wide piece of wood down it to mke a down ramp.

k thanks man. i didn't have time to get to home depot and i just used tar paper. It kind of works but i bet astro turf works a lot better
